Influenced by the 18th century crystal designs of Waterford founders George and William Penrose, Waterford Crystal Design Director Miroslav Havel created the Lismore pattern in 1952, and went on to craft a core of iconic crystal patterns that became the cornerstone of 20th century Waterford Crystal.
