The Michael Aram Block Collection was inspired by the clean, linear proportions of contemporary interiors, so often influenced by mid-20th century design. In his process, Michael incorporated many concepts of blocks...the definitive composition of the deeply recognizable color-block art of Mondrian, the abstraction of individual city blocks naturally forming a pave pattern, even the texture of blocks of natural stone - introducing a new take on the organic motifs Michael is known for. The collection then comes together in a series of objects which all fit within a single large grid but can be arranged in an endless number of variations.

- Each Michael Aram metal object undergoes a series of grinding, buffing and polishing techniques. Variations or 'imperfections' in the product's finish are characteristic of the creation process. Due to this handmade nature, no two pieces are ever exactly alike.

- Materials: Nickelplate, Enamel
- Care: Not recommended for dishwasher. Hand wash with a soft sponge, mild soap and water. Do not soak, even in plain water, or leave unwashed overnight. Dry immediately with a soft cloth to avoid spots. Do not use abrasive cleaners, steel wool or scouring pads that can scratch and dull metal surfaces.
