Cutting directly on the metal surface will scratch the finish.
Avoid extended contact with water, salty or acidic foods; coat lightly with vegetable oil or spray to easily avoid staining.
Warm to 350 degrees for hot foods. Freeze or chill for summer entertaining.
Occasional use of non-abrasive metal polish will revive luster.
