The 7 inch tall wood bowl holds approximately 10 cups of salad mix. Customers also recommend this set for serving chips or bread chunks for dipping.
It is suggested that you oil the bowl one time before using your new salad bowl using food grade mineral oil. Brush on a thick coat of oil, let it sit overnight and then wipe away thoroughly. Your bowl will be prepared for years of service. Oil once yearly to keep the bowl in excellent condition.
