- Product Care: Handwash in warm water with mild soap and towel dry immediately. Do not place in dishwasher or microwave. Avoid extended contact with water, salty or acidic foods; coat lightly with vegetable oil or spray to easily avoid staining. Warm to 350 degerees for hot foods. Freeze or chill for summer entertaining. Cutting directly on the metal surface will scratch the finish. Occasional use of non-abrasive metal polish will revive luster.
